My range of embossers are manufactured with the highest quality, food safe, clear acrylic plastic. I use clear acrylic plastic so that you can easily position the embosser over your fondant for the best possible results,.

Do not put your embosser in the dishwasher. Instead, hand wash in warm soapy water. I also recommend you wash the product before your first use to remove any dust from production.
For the best results when using my embossers:
- First, roll your fondant icing (slightly ticker than normal). Make sure you allow for a slight compression when you apply the embosser.
- Then, dust the top of your fondant and embosser with icing sugar to prevent them sticking.
- Thirdly, lay the embosser face up on a flat surface and position the fondant icing over the top. Then, using a rolling pin, roll over the top of the embosser and apply a good amount of pressure, working the fondant into the raised design. Try and do this in one swift hard roll for the best possible result.
- And finally, use a soft brush to remove any excess icing sugar from the fondant. Smoothing any imperfections with the tip of your finger (in a circular motion to smooth out the fondant).
